Outlook Groups App Reviews

If you use Outlook groups as a part of a large team this is way, way better than using within Outlook. I have turned off groups in Outlook and just use this app now.

Its a decent start, but without group calendars or an iPad version, I cant rate higher than 3 stars.

The one drive app is great for personal files but collaboration is really the name of the game For folks who are new to groups, these make office 365 collaboration easy! Anyone, anywhere access to files, conversations and notes. Great way to get mobile. Looking forward to more great features in the coming months

I need a way to view my groups calendar and even add new events. I know you can do it! Please hurry before my team gives up on the idea of using 365.

Im really excited about this tool. In business Ive looked for ways to communicate to multiple users concerning the same subject. This tool does just that. An integration of files and conversation between the groups is genius. Ive attempting using this app but it seems to be stuck in one view option only. Needs to be customized for ipad uses. Thanks for the good work.

This app is amazing for group projects. Instead of putting in everyones email address I can just upload files quickly.

I use it and it works. Hello me get through a lot with my teams with easy. Great to work when I am on a train it a plane.

I do not understand the reason why this application in not available on the French store. I needed to create a fake US account in order to install it. Outlook groups is a really nice feature.

Its a good start. It is missing some features. It should give access to the calendar. And even better would be to access the phones calendar and add it there as well. It also needs multiple account support pretty bad. I use it for work, and I am on the board of a non profit that uses office 365 groups as well. So it rather annoying that there is only single account support.

We have hit the ground running with this app. We are using it for department and technical group communications. There are many other uses that were looking to deploy. We would really like to see these groups be integrated into active directory distribution groups and have these groups be fully controlled or controllable by AD group policys.

So easy to interact with others, get, see, post feedback or ideas. Amazing collaboration application.

This app is straight forward and easy to use. Adding groups is easy and accessing information is intuitive. Great job Microsoft!!

This is a rock-solid app.

I really like these new groups. They are flexible, easy to integrate in existing technologies and available on mobile. The mobile app is pretty darn solid too. Its a bit too bad you cant put any policy around these though. I have a feeling theyll either not catch on because the collaboration space is so crowded right now or theyll really catch on and drive corporate IT teams that have an attention to detail and want to dictate structure crazy. In the mean time...I like these a whole heck of a lot better than Sharepoint options and these can actually feed Sharepoint sites in office 365 (not on prem).

This has been an excellent addition to our Office 365 lineup. Handy to those on the move.

Great way to communicate.
